The Federation of Atyap, popularly known as Nfung Atyap, Kaduna Branch, has honoured Engr (Dr) Simon Nuhu Yashim for his consistent support and contributions towards the growth, development and progress of the organisation.
The recognition was presented during an appreciation ceremony held in Kaduna, where the leadership of the organisation acknowledged individuals who have demonstrated sustained commitment and support to its activities and development initiatives.
In recognising Yashim, the organisation described him as a pillar of consistent support, highlighting his contributions to the advancement of Atyap youth and community-oriented initiatives.
Other personalities honoured at the ceremony include Hon. Ishaya Ayuba Ranga, Counsellor to the Executive Chairman of Zangon Kataf Local Government Area, and Amb. Sheyin Wakili, NYCN Coordinator, Chikun Local Government Area.
The awards, according to the organisation, were presented in appreciation of the recipients’ demonstrated support and commitment to its activities.
The recognition further underscores the importance of partnerships and individual contributions in strengthening youth organisations and promoting community development.
